Rice University's Chao Center for Asian Studies is organizing 'TITLES3 - Festival of Experimental Films from India'. This edition of the festival includes 6 contemporary films, a retrospective of the films by Ashish Avikuntak and a package titled 'Masters' that includes films of Kumar Shahani, Mani Kaul and Kamal Swaroop.
